Jennifer Martin, Executive Vice President
Jennifer is responsible for the overall operation of PRU and ensures its duties and obligations to Preferred and its members are met. Jennifer possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting & finance.

Kevin Meehan, Senior Vice President – Director of Trust Services
Kevin is responsible for overseeing the development, planning and management of Preferred’s outreach and service initiatives for members, prospective members, and agents. He helps develop and improve educational training programs, member service platforms, and member safety incentive programs.

Sarah Fugate, Director of Operations
Sarah oversees the Underwriting and IT Departments and is responsible for operations and procedures throughout the office. She also facilitates excess insurance placements, actuarial assessments, and data reporting. Sarah possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Westminster College.

Kurt Heyman, Vice President – Marketing
Kurt is responsible for initiating and successfully implementing PRU’s marketing plans and strategies. He handles agency relationships, develops marketing strategies, monitors prospect and quote activity as well as making himself available as an invaluable resource to our agent partners for technical expertise and assisting agents in presenting the Preferred program to public entities throughout Florida. Kurt possesses a Bachelor of Science and MBA in financial and marketing management from Rollins College.

Margaret E. Gross, CPCU, Director of Underwriting
Margaret is responsible for coordinating all lines of underwriting for the Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust program. She leads a team of eight underwriting professionals who handle the daily customer service requirements. Margaret has served on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Chapter of CPCU for several years and served as its past president.

Jeremy, Business Development Specialist
Jeremy is responsible for digital marketing strategies and agent relations. He facilitates the production of online and in-person communication between agents and members. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida.
